Covington Circle Trail Bridge Rehabilitation Project Fountain County, Indiana Project Overview: The Western Indiana Community Foundation has developed plans for the rehabilitation and conversion of an existing railroad bridge to a pedestrian bridge. The bridge is located 0.4 miles south of US 136over the Wabash River, due west of Covington, Indiana. The project will include a new bridge deck and railing and improvements to the eastern bridge approach. The work to be performed and the proposals to be submitted shall include a bid for all general construction, labor, material, tools, equipment, taxes, permits, licenses, insurance, service costs, etc. incidental to and required for this project. The contractor who is awarded the bid will be responsible for ensuring these measures are met. Bidders shall assure that they have obtained complete sets of drawings and Contract Documents and shall assume the risk of any errors or omissions in the bids prepared in reliance on incomplete set of drawings and Contract Documents.
