The Work for the Project shall be Bid as one Unified Prime Contract. All questions shall be received via email a minimum of (10) ten days A. Work of this Contract comprises of Work to be performed at the Central Campus (Elementary and Middle School) of Eastern Greene School Corporation located at 10503 East State Road 54, Bloomfield Indiana, 47424, include sloped roof improvements and misc. improvements for Eastern Greene School Corporation as indicated in drawings, specifications and project manual. Refer to all drawings and specifications for complete description of the scope-of-work. 1. Work by the Contractor consists of (general description) but not limited to the following: (ALSO REFER TO ALL DRAWINGS, SPECIFICATIONS, ALTERNATES AND GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION) a. Remove existing metal roof panels and/or shingles, (Refer to Alternates), remove under-layment/existing shingles to expose existing wood deck, remove existing roof ridge vents, soffit vents, metal flashings, counter flashings, metal trim, metal gutters and downspouts at locations as indicated on drawings. b. Install new waterproof underlayment membrane to create watertight condition, install new metal roof panels and/or shingles (Refer to Alternates), continuous roof ridge vents and soffit vents, metal flashings, counter flashings, metal trim, metal gutters and downspouts at locations as indicated on drawings.
