Sealed bids are requested for the Eastern Greene High School Parking Lots and Drives Improvements Project. The work will be bid as one unified prime contract. Complete and detailed drawings and specifications are available for review at specified locations and may be obtained for a fee with certain refund conditions. Bids are to be submitted in sealed envelopes with the required documentation and must include a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond equal to at least five percent of the total bid. The successful bidder must provide a Contractor's Bond for Construction equal to the contract price, in accordance with Indiana public contract laws. The School Corporation reserves the right to accept any bid within sixty days, to reject any or all bids, and to waive any formalities or irregularities in the bidding. The proposed project is located at 11064 East State Road 54 in Bloomfield, Indiana. The project consists of improvements to the existing main parking lot in front of the high school and around the bus maintenance facility. Additionally, a new parking lot and ADA restroom is to be installed on the southwest side of the track.
