High School Campus ADA Restroom Building And Parking Lot Project Sealed bids will be received for the High School Campus ADA Restroom Building and Parking Lot Project to be bid as one Unified Prime Contract. Complete and detailed Drawings and Specifications, including Instructions to Bidders, General Conditions, and General Requirements, are available for examination at designated locations. Copies of Plans and Specifications may be obtained with a deposit, refundable if returned in good condition within ten days after the bid opening. The successful bidder is required to obtain and pay for a Contractor's Bond for Construction equal to the contract price, complying with all State of Indiana laws regarding public contracts. Construction bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope addressed as specified, with the bidder's name and project name displayed. Bids must be on the provided form, accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond in an amount not less than five percent of the total bid.
