The Project generally entails the design of Stormwater Management Systems using hydrologic analysis and localized hydraulic analysis to resolve recurring flooding conditions near Ashland St, East Pl, Chatsworth Pl, and Crestview St. These analyses and designs will serve for the development of bid docs for the construction of the proposed improvements. As part of this phase, the City expects to be presented with a formal engineering analysis and recommended drainage improvement along with its expected flood mitigation benefit and estimated construction cost. Consultants shall include all necessary due diligence in their scope of work as required to analyze the subwatershed for Ashland St and East Pl. This may include, but not be limited to, utility markouts, site surveying, topographic survey, TV inspection & cleaning, and hydrologic & hydraulic modeling. Note that firms certified as Minority Business Enterprises (MBE), Women Business Enterprises (WBE), and Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Business (SDVOB) are strongly encouraged to participate.
