Questions Due September 30,2025 3:00 PM Answers to Questions Posted October 14, 2025 4:00 PM All questions must be submitted via email to kconca@newrochelleny.gov The work includes, but is not limited to, the following tasks: The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, tools, methods, and any additional items necessary to complete the work and take all safety measures as required by the Owner for this construction contract. The new work will generally entail: - Surround the entire area 80' x 40' with H.D. plastic to minimize exposure to potential lead paint and dispose of all paint chips properly as per NYS Lead Paint code requirements. - Scrapping and sanding of all existing coats of paint, exposing the steel for all columns, rafters, and Ibeams - Priming all steel components - Paint two coats of finished paint (Benjamin Moore paint, colors to be determined at a later date) - Remove and replace (4) ceiling light fixtures with (4) New 12"x12" LED lights and fixtures - Remove and replace the existing 6" gutter and downspout. Approx. 80 LF - Remove cracked concrete from existing Column footings (12) 3'-0" Dia. X 24" high and replace/repair with Structural concrete (ei, Sika123) to match existing color & texture. All work is to ensure compliance with Lead Paint codes. All work is to be warranted for two years after completion of work and a 2% retainage will be held for the duration of two years after completion of work.
