The City of San Antonio's Office of Historic Preservation (OHP) is seeking proposals for a Strategic Plan for the River Walk. The Strategic Plan effort will cover portions of the River Walk, related structures (walls, stairs, alcoves and street-level features). The City is seeking proposals for the following tasks: o Assess Current Conditions o Public Input Campaign o Code of Ordinances Diagnostic: o Strategic Plan for River Walk Respondents may submit written questions concerning this RFP to the Staff Contact Person listed below until 4:00 p.m., Central Time, on August 18, 2025. Questions received after the stated deadline will not be answered. All questions shall be sent by e-mail. Questions submitted and the City's responses will be posted with this solicitation.
