The project is located 0.1 miles west of CR 100 W, in Section 10, T-34-N, R-6-W, Porter Township, Porter County, Indiana. The project entails removing the three existing culverts at the CR 150 S crossing of Cobb Ditch and replacing them with a new reinforced concrete box structure. The overall purpose of the project is to replace the existing deficient culverts and improve the conveyance of Cobb Ditch under CR 150 S. The new culvert shall consist of a reinforced concrete box structure with a span of 12 ft, a height of 7 ft and a length of 68 ft. Also included in the project is full depth pavement replacement, riprap placement, grading and guardrail removal, field entrance replacements, ditch relocations as well as field tile removal and replacement. The project length is 160 feet. The work includes the carrying out of all duties and obligations and the furnishing of all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and other incidentals necessary or convenient to the successful completion of the project.
