Site work for a water / sewer project in Valparaiso, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Scope of work includes, but is not limited to: 1. Demolition of the irrigation pump system in the existing pump building. 2. Delivery and installation of a prefabricated pumping plant with enclosure. All bidding questions are due (5) days before bid opening. A certified cashier's check payable to the City of Valparaiso or a bid bond in an amount equal to five (5) percent of the bid amount must accompany each bid. All checks of unsuccessful bidders shall be returned to them by the City upon selection of successful bidder. The successful Bidder will be required to provide a Performance and Payment Bond in the amount of one hundred (100) percent of the Contract amount. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding, should the City deem it to be in the public interest to do so.
