The Owner Reserves the Right to Waive Any Informalities or to Reject Any and All Bids, Each Bidder Must Deposit With His Bid, Security in the Amount, for and Subject to the Conditions Provided in the Notice and Instructions to Bidders. Contract Items The Principal Items of Work Under This Contract Are: (2) Each - Pump Station Rehabilitation Sunflower County Construction, Repair, Maintenance, or Related Work, on Public Projects Must Comply With Section 31-3-21, Mississippi Code of 1972, Must Have a "certificate of Responsibility" License. The Notice and Instruction to Bidders, Form of Bid, Form of Contractor, Plans and Specifications, Form of Bid Bond, Performance and Payment Bond, and Other Contract Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals required to remove and replace the existing Non-clog submersible centrifugal sewage pump(s) with new Non-clog sewage pumps to match the existing system conditions and as specified herein. Acceptable pump manufacturers are Liberty or alternate approved by the owner and engineer. Pumps shall be compatible with existing lift-out guide rail assemblies. Units will terminate with discharge flanges that are compatible with the existing discharge arrangement. 2. The contractor shall coordinate with the Electric Utility and furnish all labor, materials, equipment and incidentals required to upgrade electrical service to 3 phase power at one pump station site as specified.
