The work shall consist of a 2-story, 25,700 square foot classroom building sited next door to the existing Media Center and in front of the new Gymnasium. The classroom building will be steel frame construction with steel trusses, masonry board exterior finish, and standing seam metal roof. The project will include site work, foundation, floor slab, metal framing, masonry, metal roof, doors, storefront, elevator, drywall, interior finishes, millwork, mechanical, plumbing, electrical and related work.
