The proposed work includes the removal of the Well 6motor control center and replac ing it with a maindiscon nect and well control cabi net. Work will alsoinclude updat ing the exist ing build ing panel board. All BIDS shall be submit ted on the forms provided,and shall be accom pa nied by a Bid Bond, in an amountnot less than five percent (5%) of their bid amountmade out to the City of Geneva, Illi nois. All persons work ing on this project shall be paid noless than current prevail ing wages stip u lated by theIlli nois Depart ment of Labor in the County of Kaneand/or as deter mined by a Court of Law having jurisdic tion. The City of Geneva, Illi nois reserves the right to rejectany or all bids and waive tech ni cal i ties.
