Renovation of a water / sewer project in Barr, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
**As of November 13th, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** Wastewater system improvements including sludge removal, aeration system upgrades, blower building replacement, piping and transfer structure replacements at the wastewater treatment plant. Collection system improvements include replacement of two existing sanitary sewer lift stations. All questions of a technical nature regarding the project will only be answered in writing by Addendum. Any questions may be submitted by telephone or in writing to Cameron Jones, PE at cjones@bentoneng.com or by phone at (217) 245-4146, or at the Pre-Bid Meeting.
