Site work and new construction of a recreation facility in Kemptville, Ontario. Design plans call for the construction of a 5,500-square-foot, one-story above grade recreation facility; and for site work for a recreation facility.
Construction of a state-of-the-art, multi-purpose recreational sports dome facility, including: 125,000 sq. ft. Dome Structure (500' x 250' x 75' height) with an expansive 400' x 75' skylight. FIFA regulation-sized soccer field, dividable for multi-sport use. 35,000 sq. ft. multi-sport hard courts for pickleball, tennis, volleyball, basketball, and badminton. Three-lane walking track around the perimeter of the soccer field. 5,500 sq. ft. clubhouse, including change rooms, washrooms, offices, and meeting space, connected via a weather-proof passageway. 220+ space parking lot designed to accommodate major events. TIMELINE: An RFP for design has been awarded. Design is underway. Updates may be available spring 2026. *Budget is unreleased.
