MBC invites you to bid on this tender for abatement work. This is a construction management project to renovate an existing building of approximately 53,000 square feet into apartments, located in Kemptville. MBC is on contract as the acting general contractor. The township of North Grenville has retained MBC to act as their Construction Manager for the complete refit of an existing building into apartments in Kemptville. This tender package is for the abatement work only. Selective demolition will be tendered in the future in a separate tender package.
