Renovation of a military facility in Port Hueneme, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
RFI due date - 8/26/25 2pm 365 days The purpose for this project is to perform selective structural repairs and exterior improvements to facility PH803 to remove imposed limitations based on the results from the structural inspection by Reid Middleton (See Part 6 for report). The proposed pre-engineered building renovation is intended to remove imposed use restrictions and revitalize the manufacturing facility by renovating corroded structural components along with doors, frames and corroded exterior metal panels, in order to meet the operational requirements of PM803; while providing a safe and efficient building infrastructure. The building will provide a controlled warehouse environment for PM803, sheltering sensitive and sophisticated equipment from a harsh coastal environment.
