Renovation of a municipal facility in Port Washington, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Dispatch Center (HVAC) Air Handler and Controls Replacement The proposed renovation is for the Dispatch Air Handler and Controls Replacement for the renovation of a new Dispatch Center inside the Justice Center. A certified check or bond payable without condition to Ozaukee County in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total amount bid shall be submitted with each bid as a guarantee that if the contract is awarded, a proper contract and bond will be executed and filed within ten (10) days after the acceptance of the bid. If the Contractor fails to execute and file such contract and bond, the amount of the check or bond shall be forfeited as liquidated damages. Ozaukee County reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any technicality, and to accept any bid deemed to be in the best interest of Ozaukee County. The successful Contractor will be required to furnish a satisfactory performance bond in the sum of the full amount of the contract.
