Site work and renovation of a civil project in Port Washington, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project.
The Project consists of providing a standby generator and automatic transfer switch, buried natural gas piping, site preparation and restoration, concrete equipment pad and concrete patches, new electrical distribution equipment, devices, conduit, wiring, and coordinating with the electric utility for a new transformer and service modifications. It also includes removing an existing standby generator, automatic transfer switch, and related electrical distribution equipment, devices, conduit, and wiring, as well as all other work shown in the Contract Documents.
