Renovation of a library in Corona, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 2,467-square-foot library.
The Contractor shall complete all Work required by the Contract Documents within 105 working days. The project includes the following: relocation and modification of library shelving to accommodate an innovation center; construction of the innovation center including, but not limited to, demolition, floor to ceiling glass storefront to enclose the space; installation of a room partition, installation of flooring, installation of casework and electrical work. The City shall award the Contract for the Project to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder as determined from the total bid amount. Bidders shall upload each required bid form individually and are cautioned to insure that all required forms are completed and signed prior to uploading into the System. Please allow sufficient time to fully complete and upload each and every document prior to the bid submission deadline.
