The Contractor shall complete all Work required by the Contract Documents within 105 working days. The project includes the following: relocation and modification of library shelving to accommodate an innovation center; construction of the innovation center including, but not limited to, demolition, floor to ceiling glass storefront to enclose the space; installation of a room partition, installation of flooring, installation of casework and electrical work. The City shall award the Contract for the Project to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder as determined from the total bid amount.
