Site work for a mixed-use development in Corona, California. Completed plans call for site work for a service station / car wash facility; and sidewalk / parking lot.

Bidders attention is directed to the deadline to contact Kierstenlee Walker by email kierstenlee.walker@cdcr.ca.gov, no later than 05:00 PM, September 11, 2025 Major components of Project Work consist of install and electrically connect EVSE infrastructure to include wiring devices and all required associated items for a complete and operational system including required testing. Provide the required saw cutting, trenching, backfilling and finishing of the affected lot surface and restore to original condition. Bollards may be required on this contract even if not shown explicitly on the construction drawings. Provide and install all items shown on the drawings including the ADA accessible ports and as specified unless otherwise noted as not in contract or existing to remain. CDCR - ELECTRIC VEHICLE SUPPLY EQUIPMENT - CALIFORNIA INSTITUTION FOR WOMEN CALIFORNIA DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTIONS AND REHABILITATION CORONA, RIVERSIDE COUNTY, CALIFORNIA CONTRACT NUMBER: 25-272342, PROJECT NUMBER: 13838. This project is being bid in accordance with Government Code 14838.7 and is open only to Small Business and Micro Business contractors certified through the California Department of General Services, Office of Small Business and DVBE Services. Project comprises labor, material and services necessary for: Major components of Project Work consist of install and electrically connect EVSE infrastructure to include wiring devices and all required associated items for a complete and operational system including required testing. Provide the required saw cutting, trenching, backfilling and finishing of the affected lot surface and restore to original condition. License required to bid the project: C-10. Certificate of Reported Compliance (CRC) Fleet Vehicles: As a condition of Contract award, prior to Contract execution, Contractor shall submit copies of the valid CRCs for any fleet retained by the Contractor or any listed Subcontractor, for which any vehicles subject to the California Air Resources Board In-Use Off-Road Diesel Fueled Fleet Regulations, Section 2449(i), Title 12, California Code of Regulations, are used in the completion of the work included in the Contract. Health and Safety Provisions: Contractor and all subcontractors shall abide by all health and safety mandates issued by federal, state, and local governments and/or public health officers as well as those issued by DGS, and worksite specific mandates. If multiple mandates exist, the Contractor and subcontractors shall abide by the most restrictive mandate. The term employee, worker, state worker or state employee in health and safety mandates includes contractor and subcontractor personnel. Costs associated with adhering to health and safety mandates are the responsibility of the Contractor. Contractor is responsible for the tracking and compliance of health and safety mandates and may be audited upon request. Successful bidder shall furnish payment and performance bonds, each in the amount of 100 percent of the Contract price. Security Clearance: Bidders attention is directed to the deadline to contact Kierstenlee Walker by email kierstenlee.walker@cdcr.ca.gov, no later than 05:00 PM, September 11, 2025; and provide (1) full name, (2) telephone number, (3) Identification Number or State Issued Drivers License Number and expiration year; for security clearance to enter virtual bidwalk.
