Rebid 1 Air Handler Testing/Balancing, Certification, and Repair Services Description: This is an Agreement in which the Contractor shall perform scheduled Air Handler Testing/Balancing, Certification, and Repair Services that shall include cleaning ventilation ducts and performing testing/balancing, certification, and incidental repairs of Air Handler Units (AHU) and the air filtration system. The Contractor shall be compensated for the services in accordance with the rates specified on Exhibit B-1, Rate Sheet; which shall include all labor, including travel and per diem, transportation, materials (tools and equipment), non-consumable supplies, and all other supplies necessary to perform the services specified herein for the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR), Correctional Treatment Center (CTC) and Psychiatric Inpatient Program (PIP) at the California Institution for Women (CIW), located at 16756 Chino-Corona Road Corona, CA 92880. DISABLED VETERAN BUSINESS ENTERPRISE (DVBE) INCENTIVE CDCR is committed to meeting and exceeding the three percent (3%) goal for Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE) participation in State contracting activities, set forth in Military and Veterans Code 999. The DVBE Incentive Program applies to all contracting activities for services. The DVBE incentive is applied during the evaluation process and is only applied to responsive bids from responsible bidders proposing DVBE participation. This incentive is for bid computation only. Letters of Inquiry Submission Date October 13, 2025 Any letters of inquiry must be submitted by email to allow CDCR time to research and prepare a response. Submit your letter of inquiry by the date specified in the Projected Timetable Section of this IFB directly to Breanne Valdez, Contracts Management Branch, by email: Breanne.valdez@cdcr.ca.gov. Inquiries received after this date will only be addressed at CDCR’s discretion. Right to Terminate The State reserves the right to terminate this Agreement subject to thirty (30) calendar days written notice to the Contractor. Contractor may submit a written request to terminate this Agreement only if the State should substantially fail to perform its responsibilities as provided herein.
