Description

Renovation of an educational facility in Cincinnati, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

University of Cincinnati is requesting a statement of qualifications from CMR firms for the installation of a new chiller within the Central Utility Plant (CUP). CUP building is located at 3000 Glendora Ave adjacent to the Uptown West Campus of University of Cincinnati. This project will replace chiller #5 in University of Cincinnati Central Utility Plant. The existing chiller #5 has been recently removed by UC Utilities. The former chiller #5 was a 5000 ton machine. With the recent removal of chiller #5, the CUP currently houses 9 chillers and 15,000 tons of chilled water generation capability.
