Reference Number 0000397053 The purpose of this Bid is to obtain pricing and contract with a qualified Vendor(s) to fabricate and install signage, as indicated in these Specifications, for Ulster BOCES. In addition, the awarded vendor will be utilized for future projects at various Ulster BOCES locations. The Successful Vendor will be expected to provide skilled, experienced, prompt service related to the installation of signage. Question Acceptance Deadline 09/02/2025 04:00 PM EDT Questions are submitted online No Purchase Type Term: 09/08/2025 12:00 AM EDT - 09/30/2026 12:00 AM EDT Option: 4 1-year extensions The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids. The Board reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantities, in which case the unit price shall govern. The Board reserves the right to accept the total or to award by groups in which case separate contracts will be executed. Estimates and actual orders may vary.
