PSTA Gun Range - Phase 1 The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: 1. This project for Sussex County Community College involves the construction of a new outdoor gun range for the Public Safety Training Academy (PSTA). The new outdoorgun range will consist of 10' tall berms on two sides constructed out of earth at a 1:1 slope. An 8'-0" tall chain-link fence installed around the entire new gun range with a double gate at the NE for access. The control tower and backstop will be by the owner. Also, within the project score is the reconstruction of the existing bridge utilizing the existing bridge structure. Each bid shall be accompanied by a guaranty in the form of a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond in a form satisfactory to the College, in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total bid, not to exceed $20,000, that if the bid is awarded to the bidder, bidder will enter into a contract for the performance of the work. Bids may be rejected if the required documents are not included with the proposal. If any discrepancies or omissions appear in the specifications, the bidder shall notify the College, in writing, of any such discrepancy or omission. The College Board of Trustees reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any minor irregularities or informalities in the bids and to accept the bid, which in their judgment, will best serve the interest of the College.
