The contractor is responsible for providing all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to complete the projects in accordance with government specifications and drawings. Tasks include demolition of existing finishes and partitions, installation of new cabinetry, countertops, sinks, plumbing fixtures, electrical outlets, lighting, flooring, wall treatments, and integration of appliances such as refrigerators, microwaves, and coffee makers. Additional responsibilities include procurement and installation of furniture and accessories to support informal gatherings and collaborative environments. All work must comply with applicable building codes, safety regulations, ADA accessibility standards, and quality control requirements. Coordination with facility representatives is essential to minimize disruption to ongoing operations, and contractors must manage scheduling, site cleanliness, and waste disposal.
