The work includes the repair and/or replacement of mechanical, plumbing (including under-slab), electrical, and fire notification and detection systems; demolition of load-bearing and non-load-bearing walls, concrete flooring, and ceilings; and construction of structural lintels, non-load-bearing walls, doors, frames, interior glazing lites, ceilings, lighting, power, and all related finishes. The contractor shall furnish all plant, labor, equipment, and materials to perform the work in strict accordance with the plans and specifications. The acquisition requires a general contractor with the capability to manage multiple task orders simultaneously, including construction scheduling, cost estimating, quality control, and coordination of subcontractors across various construction trades. Advance notices and solicitations shall state the magnitude of the requirement in terms of physical characteristics and estimated price range. In no event shall the statement of magnitude disclose the Governments estimate. Therefore, the estimated price should be described in terms of one of the following price ranges: Between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Bid openning will be held on 22 September 2025 at 2:00 PM CST.
