Site work for a military facility in Fort Leavenworth, Kansas. Completed plans call for site work for a military facility.
The work consists of clearing vegetation and brush along the perimeter fence line and mulching brush at the South Annex Airfield (SAAF). The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform perimeter fence clearing and brush mulching. The objective is to maintain a clear zone along the fence line to enhance security and visibility. All work must comply with applicable environmental and safety regulations. The contractor shall begin performance within 10 calendar days and complete it within 240 calendar days. The Magnitude of Construction is Provided Iaw Far 36.204 (C) Between $100,000 and $250,000. All questions concerning the IFB shall be submitted to the attention of Mr. Robert M. Parvin and Mr. Eric P. Grande via email at robert.m.parvin.civ@army.mil and eric.p.grande.civ@army.mil not later than 2:00 P.M. Local Time (Central Standard Time), on Thursday, September 11, 2025. A response from the Government is estimated to be not later than 15 days prior to the closing of the IFB in the form of an amendment. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
