Department of Public Works, Fort Leavenworth, KS is seeking current relevant experience, personnel, and capability to work that includes but is not limited to the following: The work consists of furnishing all plant, labor, equipment, and materials to perform all work in strict accordance with the plans and specification to upgrade the 2nd/ 3rd floor electronic security system upgrades in Bldg. 48. This work is divided into two phases between two different organizations: The Army STO Integration Center (ASIC-HQDA) and Combine Arms Center (CAC) two different CLINs. The contractor will provide pricing for phase 1 and phase 2. Phase 1: this phase focuses on the Access controls, card readers, man bars, strobes, speakers, network infrastructure equipment and etc. The funding for all other CLINs. Phase 2: This phase focuses on the 2nd floor and 3rd floor IDS Intrusion Detection System (IDS) and the windows treatment CLINs. The contract to be awarded under this contract will be for construction in Fort Leavenworth, within the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 236220 (Commercial and Institutional Building Construction) with a corresponding Size Standard of $45 million. The rough order of magnitude for the overall value of this action is estimated to be between $500,000 and $1,000,000.
