Site work for a water / sewer project in Wills Point, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Provide all labor, tools, equipment, material, supervision, insurance, and any other requisite for the construction of water system improvements including but not limited to: Clearing and grubbing of limited areas along the construction route; Construction of 4 inch ASTM D2241 Class 200 PVC water main parallel to County Road 3109 beginning at the intersection of County Road 3117, approximately 2731 linear feet; Construction of 4 inch ASTM D2241 Class 200 PVC water main parallel to County Road 3105 ending at the intersection of County Road 3118, approximately 4929 linear feet; Slick boring of existing drives and other improvements; Installation of all corresponding valves and appurtenances; Final testing, backfill, grading, seeding, and fertilizing; Abandonment of specific segments of South Tawakoni Water Supply Corporations distribution system; Re-connection of all services and/or system laterals and/or mains currently fed from existing lines scheduled to be abandoned. The successful Contractor will have to coordinate service switch overs with disinfection and testing of completed line segments of the proposed improvements. A cashiers check payable to the order of the South Tawakoni Water Supply Corporation, in the amount of five percent (5%) of bid, South Tawakoni Water Supply Corporation reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding.
