The Work includes all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, quality control, tools, transportation, supplies, fuel, and manpower to perform work including, but not limited to, installation, operation, monitoring, and maintenance of all Landfill Gas (LFG) collection and control system components and as specified the leachate collection system components. Work may also be conducted on an emergency basis throughout the Contract term. All Work is to comply with the Drawings and Technical Specifications. Question Deadline 09/11/2025 at 11:59 PM ET The County shall have the right to audit the awarded Respondent's records, including, but not limited to, payroll, materials, and fuel cost records, to verify or otherwise investigate the validity of any price redetermination request. The County of Volusia reserves the right to allow for the clarification of questionable entries and the correction of obvious mistakes. The County reserves the right to waive minor irregularities in Responses, providing such action is in the best interest of the County. The County of Volusia reserves the right to reject offers containing terms or conditions contradictory to those requested in this Solicitation. The County reserves the right to negotiate with the awarded Contractor(s) without completing the competitive bidding process for materials, products, and/or Services similar in nature to those specified within this solicitation for which requirements were not known when the Solicitation was released.
