Perform the removal and proper disposal of two (2) existing units and installing two (2) new fully operational Turnkey Trane IntelliPak1 60-Ton and 75-Ton Roof Top Units (RTU) package air conditioning unit with variable speed compressors, coated condenser coils, R454B refrigerant, and must be fully compatible with the existing building air conditioning control system (Tracer) and provide certified test and balance. Contractor shall include a warranty of for labor, parts, refrigerant, installation, and craftsmanship for a period of five (5) years from final acceptance.
