Renovation of a military facility in Hendersonville, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
This is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business Set-Aside for the supply and installation of two packaged water source heat pumps (WSHP) at the Old Hickory Powerhouse. The contract will be a Firm-Fixed Price supply agreement under NAICS Code 333415. Award will be made to the lowest priced responsible offeror whose quote meets or exceeds the technical specifications and delivery schedule. Quotes must include completed SF 1449, acknowledgment of all amendments, a completed price schedule, and required business identifiers including Unique Entity Identifier, CAGE Code, and Tax Identification Number. Vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and have a current NIST SP 800-171 DoD Assessment. The apparent successful offeror may be asked to provide banking and past performance references. Communications and quote submissions must be made via email to the designated contracting officials. A site visit may be arranged by coordinating with the point of contact and submitting a site visit form at least three working days in advance.
