The Nashville District U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) requires a firm fixed price Indefinite Delivery Requirements contract for operation and maintenance (O&M) services at Old Hickory Lake, located on the Cumberland River, spanning areas in Sumner, Wilson, Trousdale, and Davidson counties of Tennessee. Principal cities include Hendersonville, Gallatin, Mt. Juliet, Old Hickory, Lebanon, Hermitage, and Hartsville. The scope includes support for Old Hickory Lock and Dam, Visitor’s Center, Resource Manager’s Office, Shop Office, Operations Area, and Contract Administrator’s Office near Old Hickory Dam in Hendersonville. The requirement is set aside for small businesses under NAICS 561210 (Facilities Support) with a $47 million size standard. Offerors must be registered in SAM with up-to-date representations and certifications. Offerors are urged to inspect the work site as per contract clauses related to site conditions. Only registered persons may attend a site visit, and specific instructions for registration and attendance are outlined for U.S. citizens and foreign nationals, including submission deadlines for security forms and documentation. It is the responsibility of offerors to monitor SAM.gov for solicitation documents, amendments, and updates related to this procurement. Project Description The Nashville District Contracting Division has a requirement from the Nashville District Operations Division to provide O&M Services at Old Hickory Lake Project. Old Hickory Lake is located on the Cumberland River approximately 25 miles upstream from Nashville, Tennessee. The areas of work are located in Sumner, Wilson, Trousdale, and Davidson counties of Tennessee. Principal cities in the areas are Hendersonville, Gallatin, Mt. Juliet, Old Hickory, Lebanon, Hermitage and Hartsville Tennessee. Old Hickory Lock and Dam is located on mile 216.2, and the Visitor's Center, Resource Manager's Office, Shop Office, Operations Area, and Contract Administrator's Office are near Old Hickory Dam in Hendersonville, Tennessee. 1.
