Principal cities include Hendersonville, Gallatin, Mt. Juliet, Old Hickory, Lebanon, Hermitage, and Hartsville. The scope includes support for Old Hickory Lock and Dam, Visitor’s Center, Resource Manager’s Office, Shop Office, Operations Area, and Contract Administrator’s Office near Old Hickory Dam in Hendersonville. The requirement is set aside for small businesses under NAICS 561210 (Facilities Support) with a $47 million size standard. Offerors must be registered in SAM with up-to-date representations and certifications. Offerors are urged to inspect the work site as per contract clauses related to site conditions.
