Muscogee (Creek) Nation intends to contract for the construction of Old Hwy 75 Bridge 01211 in Okmulgee County, OK. This project, which the Nation references according to the information below, includes but is not limited to the Construction of a 108 L.F. Pier and Beam Steel Framed Bridge e/w a Concrete Deck and approx. 2,000 L.F. of roadway re-surfacing Additional Items associated with Common Road Construction Practices are also included in the scope of Work. Project Name: Old Hwy 75 Bridge 01211 The project is located 3.3 miles west of Preston, Oklahoma on Old Highway 75, in Okmulgee County, Oklahoma. All Bids submitted for consideration must be accompanied by a Bid Guarantee (i.e. a Bid Bond or Cashier's Check), payable to Muscogee (Creek) Nation, in an amount equal to Five Percent (5%) of the total Bid price. Additionally, all Bids must include the appropriate Bid/proposal forms included in the Bid documents. Otherwise, the Bid shall be deemed non-responsive and subsequently rejected. Responsive, responsible Bidders may not withdraw their Bid for a period of Sixty (60) days following the aforementioned closing time. The Muscogee (Creek) Nation reserves the right to reject any or all Bids.
