Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The work will be removal and replacement of Portland Cement Concrete streets, curb & gutter, sidewalks, driveways, handicap ramps, manhole and water valve adjustments, and other concrete structures at various locations throughout the City, at the unit price bid for each repair item. This contract will be for one year (i.e., 365 days) from date of award. Upon mutual agreement by the City and the CONTRACTOR, this contract may be renewed for another year, up to two total renewals, at the same unit prices. As a Proposal Guarantee, a certified check, cashiers check, bid bond or irrevocable letter of credit issued by an insured financial institution as required by law must accompany each Proposal for an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total Bid made payable, without reserve, to the City of Broken Arrow. The successful Bidder must, within ten (10) days after receiving notice of award, furnish a Performance Bond, Statutory Bond and Maintenance Bond in the forms prescribed by City of Broken Arrow in the amounts equal to the Contract price.
