Renovation of a municipal facility in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
OPERATIONS CENTER ADMIN BUILDING RENOVATION: This project is to renovate the existing Operations Center Administration Building located at 2304 S 1st Pl, Broken Arrow, OK 74012. This is an office building is 16,237 square feet and is not equipped with an automatic sprinkler system. Construction will occur in two phases, including demolish and re-build, while maintaining building occupancy in the existing half. Although primarily an interior remodel project, there will be some limited exterior work. The occupancy and type of building is not changing, alteration level 3. As a Proposal Guarantee, a certified check, cashiers check, bid bond or irrevocable letter of credit issued by an insured financial institution as required by law must accompany each Proposal for an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total Bid made payable, without reserve, to the City of Broken Arrow. The successful Bidder must, within ten (10) days after receiving notice of award, furnish a Performance Bond, Statutory Bond and Maintenance Bond in the forms prescribed by City of Broken Arrow in the amounts equal to the Contract price. The acceptance and award of this Bid will be considered by the Broken Arrow City Council. The City of Broken Arrow reserves the right to reject any or all Bids. Question Deadline 09/18/2025 Bidder should request, in writing, written instructions to clarify such omissions or discrepancies to the Engineering & Construction Department by email at engineering.construction@brokenarrowok.gov or by phone at (918)259-7000 x5414, no later than seven (7) calendar days prior to opening Bids.
