The City of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma is seeking a response to this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) from qualified firm/s interested in providing professional services needed to assist city sta with the preparation of the Main Street Master Plan. The Study will concentrate on the area along Main Street, from Kenosha Street to Washington Street. The principal study area will include the two (2) square miles from the north boundary of Kenosha Street (71st Street), the south boundary of Washington Street (91st Street), the east boundary of Lynn Lane (9th Street) and the west boundary of Elm Place (161st Street). The area south of Washington Street should be considered along one mile of 1st Place, south to New Orleans Street (101st Street). Washington Street, from Elm Place to Lynn Lane will also be considered. Additionally, this study will also review development along Main Street from Houston Street to Kenosha Street to evaluate how development has transpired since the last downtown master plan.
