Bid packages are available for various trades including Selective Demo, Concrete, Masonry, Structural Steel Fabrication and Erection, Rough Carpentry & General Trades, Architectural Wood Casework and Countertops, Roofing & Metal Wall Panels, Joint Sealants & Air Barrier, EIFS, Furnish Hollow Metal Doors/Frames, Wood Doors, and Hardware, Aluminum Storefronts & Glazing, Gypsum Board Assemblies & Acoustical Ceilings, Flooring & Wall Tile, Painting, Division 10 Supply, Signage, Lockers, Canopies, Window Coverings, Fire Suppression, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical & Low Voltage, Fire Alarm, Access Control & Security, Earthwork & Site Utilities, and Landscaping & Irrigation. Bidders must prepare and submit a Subcontractor’s Qualification Statement, provide a bid bond for bids over $50,000.00 (except material vendors), and submit payment and performance bonds for bids over $50,000.00 (except material vendors). Bids must be submitted on the Bid Form provided, must be irrevocable for 60 days, and must include all required affidavits (Business Relationships Affidavit, Nondiscrimination Certificate, Non-Collusion Affidavit). The Broken Arrow Public Schools reserves the right to waive any informality and accept or reject any or all bids. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope, clearly marked with required information, by the deadline and location specified.
