This Project Is Located At 3428 S 41st St, Broken Arrow, Ok 74014 In The City Of Broken Arrow's Events Park. The Scope Of This Project Includes The Interior Buildout Of The Recently Completed Shell Building At The Events Park. The Build-out Will Include 2 Offices, A Break Room, Toilet, Storage Rooms, And An Open Shop Space. Question Deadline 09/11/2025 Bidder should request, in writing, written instructions to clarify such omissions or discrepancies to the Engineering & Construction Department by email at engineering.construction@brokenarrowok.gov or by phone at (918)259-7000 x5414, no later than seven (7) calendar days prior to opening Bids. Parks Maintenance Building - Events Park As a Proposal Guarantee, a certified check, cashier s check, bid bond or irrevocable letter of credit issued by an insured financial institution as required by law must accompany each Proposal for an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total Bid made payable, without reserve, to the City of Broken Arrow. The successful Bidder must, within ten (10) days after receiving notice of award, furnish a Performance Bond, Statutory Bond and Maintenance Bond in the forms prescribed by City of Broken Arrow in the amounts equal to the Contract price. Docs notes : Bidders will be charged a fee of $42 to submit a bid electronically. The City of Broken Arrow reserves the right to reject any or all Bids.
