Description Fire protection services at public works headquarters complex Written Questions Due: Thursday, November 6, 2025 Los Angeles County Public Works is requesting proposals for the Fire Protection Services at Public Works Headquarters Complex (BRC0000625) contract. This contract has been designed to have a potential maximum contract term of 7 years, consisting of an initial 3-year term and potential additional four 1-year option renewals. The total annual contract amount of this service is estimated to be $380,000. The Request for Proposals (RFP) with contract specifications, forms, and instructions for preparing and submitting proposals may be accessed at online. Liquidated Damages 1. In any case of the Contractor's failure to meet certain specified performance requirements, the County may, in lieu of other remedies provided by law or the Contract, assess liquidated damages in specified sums and deduct them from any regularly scheduled payment to the Contractor. However, neither the provision of a sum of liquidated damages for nonperformance or untimely or inadequate performance nor the County's acceptance of liquidated damages will be construed to waive the County's right to reimbursement for damage to its property or indemnification against third-party claims. 2. The amounts of liquidated damages have been set in recognition of the following circumstances existing at the time of the formation of the Contract
