The City of Alhambra is seeking a qualified firm to provide on-call SCADA consulting and support services to support the City's water and wastewater system monitoring operations. The City is a full service City with a population of nearly 83,000 residents. Its boundaries cover approximately 7.5 square miles of residential, commercial, and industrial areas. The City's existing SCADA system has 17 water stations, 7 sewer lift stations, and one main control center. The City's operates on M-340 Schneider Electric Programable Logic Controllers (PLCs), MDS inset II ethernet radios, and local OIT interface panel. The system operated is the Wonderware In Touch 2014 R2 SP1 with Win911 for Remote Alarm Notification. The City of Alhambra is seeking qualified professional firms (Consultant) to submit a proposal to provide SCADA Services and Maintenance. A copy of the Request for Proposals (RFP), the City's Insurance Guidelines, and a Sample Contract Agreement are attached for your review and consideration. The City of Alhambra reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Proposals, to be the sole judge of the merits and qualifications of the services and/or items offered and the ability of Proposer to responsibly perform. The City reserves the right to waive any irregularities or informalities in any Proposal submitted or in the procedure. An award of contract may be made to other than the firm offering the lowest costs. Proposal may not be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the time Proposals are due.
