University of Oklahoma Lingo Construction (Construction Manager), located at 1135 N. Robinson, Oklahoma City, OK 73103, 405-602-2100 will receive sealed bids for the OU Physical Sciences building on Tuesday, September 16th. Bids are required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of (60) days after submission. Bids received more than (72) hours prior to bid opening will not be accepted and will be returned to the bidder. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and wave irregularities. For bids of $50,000.00 or greater, a cashier's check, certified check, or surety bond, in the amount of 5% of the bid shall accompany the sealed proposal of each bidder. The scope of work consists of, but is not limited to, the following trades: Demolition; Exterior Insulation and Finish System (EIFS); Roofing; Framing, Drywall, & Ceiling; Painting; Plumbing & Mechanical; Fire Suppression; Electrical.
