A conceptual drawing has been developed for this project that shows the connection of all of the proposed amenities. Notice is hereby issued by the City of Fort Lupton regarding the solicitation of consultancy services for the renovation design project of Koshio Park, situated at 131 McKinley Avenue, Fort Lupton, CO 80621. The City of Fort Lupton is seeking a consultant to develop comprehensive design plans, specifications, and bid-ready documentation for the aforementioned project along with a statement of probable cost. A conceptual drawing has been developed for this project that shows the connection of all of the proposed amenities - See Exhibit A. This drawing is conceptual and may not be representative of the finished project. This work is expected to be turn-key, with a final bid document set provided to the City of Fort Lupton upon completion.
