Reference Number 0000392266 Supply and install two (2) columbarium units at the City cemetery. The City of Fort Lupton is requesting the purchase and installation of two (2) columbarium units for Hillside Cemetery. The new columbarium units would be set in conjunction with the existing units. Scope of Work Firm awarded the contract shall procure, deliver and install on existing concrete base with shimming as needed to level two (2) columbarium. It shall be the responsibility of the contractor to determine the method and manner of installation. It shall also be the responsibility of the contractor to verify measurements. A Pre-Bid Conference will be held at the Fort Lupton City Hall. Representatives of the City of Fort Lupton, and the City Engineer will be present to discuss the project and to answer questions. Bidders are required to attend and participate in the Pre-Bid Conference. Because attendance is mandatory only those Bidders attending the Pre-Bid Conference will be allowed to submit Proposals for the Project.
