Reference Number 0000386795 The work to be performed for the Project, located on various roads within the city limits of Fort Lupton, Colorado generally consists of: The cleaning of existing cracks from debris and vegetation The addition of mastic inside of cracks (as needed) The application of crack sealant in existing joints/cracks (as needed) Slurry Seal and restriping of roadway. Question Deadline 06/02/2025 at 12:00 PM MT All questions about the meaning or the intent of the Project Manual shall be submitted to the Engineer in writing, No questions received less than five (5) days prior to the date for opening the Proposals will be answered. Only questions answered by addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications shall be without legal effect - Bid Bond 5 % - Performance Bond 100 % - Payment Bond 100 % General Requirements - Bid Deposit Required - Insurance Required The Substantial Completion Date for this project is October 17, 2025 (Friday). The City of Fort Lupton, Colorado, reserves the right to reject any and/or all Proposals including, without limitation, the right to reject any and/or all nonconforming, nonresponsive, unbalanced, or conditional Proposals, and to reject the Proposal of any Bidder if the City believes that it would not be in the City's best interests to make an Award to that Bidder. The City also reserves the right to waive informalities.
