The contractor shall remove vinyl top cover and dispose. Remove section with torn or missing windows and dispose. Install new vinyl covering from the original equipment manufacturer, or equal product, in accordance with the current components and specifications. General Requirements and specifications to support but not limited to: The Big Top structure is installed with lighting, power, radiant heat and other electrical components. None of those specialties will be required for this project.
