Road & Bridge Roof Replacement Deadline To Receive Questions: September 15, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. Mountain Time Intent to Bid Due Date: Sep 24th 2025, 11:30 PM MDT Bannock County is requesting sealed bids to replace the roof on the Bannock County Road & Bridge building Bannock County is requesting sealed bids from individuals, firms, partnerships or corporations having specific experience with removal and disposal of roofing materials and installing a new roof on the Bannock County Road & Bridge office located at 5500 South 5th Avenue, Pocatello, Idaho 83204. The scope of services requested by this ITB is to provide the following professional and expert services: 1. Remove existing mechanically fastened EPDM membrane, wood fiber board, and BUR to existing wood deck. 2. Over entire roof, provide and install new mechanically fastened 1/2 " cover board and 60 mil PVC membrane with new drip edge. 3. Remove existing abandoned rooftop equipment and patch roof as shown. 4. Provide new antenna mast and coordinate new dish mounts with owner. 5. All roofing and flashing to be per manufacturers standard details and to include manufacture 20-year warranty and 2-year contractor warranty. 6. Roofing contractor to be certified by manufacturer.
