Site work and new construction of a warehouse / distribution facility in Pocatello, Idaho. Working plans call for the construction of a 12,000-square-foot, one-story above grade warehouse / distribution facility.
Project has been cancelled as per Adda 5. Bannock County is requesting bids to construct a 12,000 square foot storage building for the Road & Bridge department. Sealed bids must be submitted through the county's e-Procurement portal, Bonfire, by the specified deadline. Bids submitted after the closing time will not be accepted. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at a designated location. Bannock County is not obligated to execute a contract, provide funding, or endorse any bid submitted. The county is not responsible for any costs incurred before a contract is executed or for costs associated with preparing responses. Requests for a complete copy of the ITB should refer to the R&B Storage Building. Further instructions are provided for obtaining the full ITB document and for referencing the project name in any communications. Deadline To Receive Questions: 03/31/2026 at 5:00 PM MT Deadline for County to Respond to Questions: On or before February 20, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. Local Time Contract Award Date (Anticipated): March 10, 2026 The ITB Lead is the only contact for this Solicitation.
