Renovation of a laboratory facility in Pocatello, Idaho. Working plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade laboratory facility.
**As of January 7th, 2026, bids were cancelled. No definite date for the rebid.** Sealed proposals are requested for the Idaho Accelerator Center Chiller Upgrade. A bid bond in the amount of $2,000 is required. The estimated annual expenditure is $290,000. A Public Works Contractor's License (Class C or above) for the State of Idaho is required to bid. Only one bid will be considered from any one company or corporation, including its subsidiaries. The lowest responsible and responsive bid will be accepted. Specifications, proposal forms, and other pertinent information can be examined at ISU Facilities Services. Bid documents must be obtained from Idaho State University Facilities Services. Bidders are encouraged to attend a pre-bid walk-thru at 1500 Alvin Ricken Drive, Pocatello, ID. Campus Location: Idaho Accelerator Center Questions concerning a bid must be directed in writing to the designated Design Professional (architect or engineer) no less than ten (10) calendar days before bids are due unless provided otherwise via an addendum.
