Renovation of a fire / police facility in McMinnville, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.

Fire Station 1 Heater Replacements If there are any questions regarding the specifications, you may contact Martin White, Fire Chief, McMinnville Fire Department, at (931) 473-3435. Bidders are requested to read the complete specification invitation carefully and submit their bid in strict accordance with the requirements set forth therein. Bids will not be accepted from companies that do not attend the site visit. The bidder shall fully guarantee all equipment against factory and delivery defects. Any defect which may occur, because of either faulty material or workmanship within the period of the manufacturer's standard warranty, or defects encountered during delivery, shall be corrected without expense to the City of McMinnville By virtue of bidding, the bidders guarantee the price quoted in the bid will remain firm until delivery, including the time when the bids are opened until a purchase order is issued, such time not to exceed sixty (60) days. The City reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids. Specifications 1. Replace six 100K BTU heaters in station 1, 313 E. Main St., McMinnville, TN 37110 2. Remove the old heaters and install new hanging material from the ceilings 3. Mount the new heaters in the existing places and connect them to the existing electrical, flue pipe, and gas pipe 4. Replace existing thermostats with new, heat-only thermostats 5. Once installation is complete, start up and test heater operations
